How it works
- Choose a standard size, or enter your own up to 200 cm wide and 650 cm long, and tell us whether it sits on the floor or in a matwell.
- Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS), pick the mat colour or give us your Pantone or HEX reference, and add to basket.
- Your proof arrives by email within one working day. Approve it, or ask for changes, and we start printing.
Which size do I need?
- 60 × 85 cm: a standard single door or shop entrance.
- 85 × 150 cm: our most popular size. Double doors, receptions and wide shop fronts.
- 115 × 180 cm and longer: lobbies, corridors and runners. The longer the mat, the more dirt it collects before it reaches your floor.
- Custom size: enter your own measurements above. Unsure? Measure the clear floor space inside the door and leave 5–10 cm on each side. Mats are cut to order, so the finished size can vary by up to 2.5 cm per side.
- Matwell: measure the recess itself, not the doorway, and choose "In a matwell" so we make it without the border.

Washing and care
- Daily: vacuum regularly. A clean mat traps more dirt and keeps its colour longer. Blot spills with clean lukewarm water only, no detergent or stain remover.
- Machine washing: delicate cycle, low spin, never above 30°C. Wash the mat on its own with no detergent or fabric softener, unfolded, in a machine large enough for the mat.
- Drying: dry flat, out of direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
Artwork tips
A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) gives the sharpest print. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest version you have, ideally 1,000 pixels wide or more. Don't worry if your file isn't perfect: our designers tidy edges, remove backgrounds and match colours as part of the free proof.
Questions before you buy
How long will my mat take?
You receive a proof within one working day of ordering. Once you approve it, your mat is printed and delivered in 5–7 working days. If you have a deadline, call us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Can you match my brand colours exactly?
Yes. We offer true Pantone and HEX colour matching for both the mat background and your logo, included in the price. Type your reference into the "Brand colour reference" box in the designer (a HEX code previews on the mat straight away) and we confirm the match on your proof. Our HD print process reproduces 16.8 million colours, so you are not limited to a swatch palette.
Can I order a mat in my own size?
Yes – it's our most requested option. Choose "Custom size" in the designer, enter any width up to 200 cm and any length up to 650 cm, and the price is worked out instantly by area. Mats are cut to order, so the finished size can vary by up to 2.5 cm per side.
Do you make mats for a matwell?
Yes. Choose "In a matwell" in the designer and we make the mat without the border so it drops into the recess. Measure the recess itself and give us those dimensions.
Is it fire rated?
Yes. The mat is classified Cfl-s1 under EN 13501-1, the flooring fire class normally asked for in communal entrances, offices, schools and public buildings. The specification sheet above has the full figures for your fire risk assessment.
Will my door clear it?
The mat is 8 mm thick in total (6 mm pile on a 2 mm backing), which most internal and entrance doors clear. For a matwell, the mat is made without the border so it sits flush with the floor.
Can I see it before it's printed?
Yes. The preview above shows your layout instantly, and a designer then emails a proper print proof. You can ask for as many changes as you like, free, and nothing is printed until you approve.
Do I pay more for a complicated logo?
No. Pricing is by mat size only. Full-colour, gradients, photographs and multiple logos all cost the same.
Can I use it outside?
These mats are designed for indoor and covered entrances. For an uncovered outdoor doorway, pair it with one of our rubber scraper mats outside the door and the logo mat inside.
