Description
A 60 x 120cm dual-layer conductive rubber ESD bench mat for handling static-sensitive electronic components. The static-dissipative top layer channels charge safely to earth through a 10mm grounding stud, protecting circuit boards and components on assembly, repair and test benches. Available in green or grey.

Fitting & care
- Loose lay the mat on a clean, flat workbench indoors, top layer facing up.
- Connect the 10mm stud to a suitable earth bonding point using an ESD ground cord.
- Use with a grounded wrist strap so the operator is bonded to the same earth point.
- Wipe with a damp cloth, using mild detergent for marks, and avoid harsh chemicals that could affect the surface.
FAQs
Is a ground cord included?
The mat has a 10mm stud for grounding. A compatible ground cord is needed to connect it to earth; contact us if you need one.
Can I use it as floor matting?
This is a 2mm bench mat for work surfaces. For standing areas, use dedicated ESD floor matting.
Does the colour affect performance?
No. Green and grey share the same construction; choose whichever suits your workspace.
