Installation & care
- Prepare a clean, dry and smooth subfloor; bumps can show through thinner rolls.
- Unroll and leave to relax flat at room temperature.
- Cut with a sharp knife and straight edge, butting edges tightly at joins.
- For a permanent floor, bond with a suitable rubber flooring adhesive.
- Clean with a soft brush or mop and mild detergent, rinsing between the studs.
FAQs
Are all colours available in every size?
No. Black has the widest choice. The coloured options are mainly in 1.2m width, with grey and deep sea blue also in 2.2m. See the size list above.
Is round dot flooring good for wet areas?
The raised dots let water sit between them rather than across the whole surface, which helps grip in damp areas such as changing rooms.
Does it need gluing down?
Small areas can be loose-laid, but bonding is recommended for permanent floors and areas with wheeled traffic.
