Description
This self-adhesive neoprene EPDM sponge sheet is an expanded foam rubber sheet for insulating, sealing and cushioning large or irregular areas. It is 1m wide, comes in 1m or 2m lengths, and is offered in thicknesses from 1.5mm right up to 50mm, so you can cut your own gaskets, pads and linings to any shape.

Fitting tips
- Clean and degrease the surface, then let it dry completely.
- Mark the shape on the liner side and cut with a sharp knife or scissors.
- Peel back the liner from one edge, align the sheet and smooth it down progressively.
- Apply firm pressure over the whole area to bond the adhesive.
FAQs
Can I cut thick sheet cleanly?
Yes. Use a long, very sharp blade and make several passes on the thicker sheets for a straight edge.
Will the adhesive stick to any surface?
It bonds best to clean, smooth, dry surfaces such as metal, plastic and painted panels. Rough or dusty surfaces reduce adhesion.
Is it the same as the sponge strip?
It is a sheet version for larger areas and custom shapes. For long, narrow seals, a pre-cut strip is quicker to fit.
