Description
These interlocking rubber gym mats give home and commercial gyms a dense, protective floor that cushions dropped weights and reduces noise. Each black tile is 36 x 36 inches and 16mm thick, and the jigsaw edges lock together with no adhesive or tools. Matching 1m ramps in yellow or black finish exposed edges neatly and safely.

Installation & care
- Sweep the floor and check it is level and dry.
- Start in a corner and lay the first tile with its straight edges against the walls.
- Press the next tile into the interlocking edge, tapping with a rubber mallet if needed.
- Fit ramps to any open edges where people step on and off the floor.
- Vacuum or sweep, then mop with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner.

How many tiles do I need?
Each tile covers roughly 0.84 square metres (36 x 36 inches). Measure your floor and allow a few extra for cutting.
Do I need adhesive?
No. The tiles lock together and their weight holds them in place for most gym floors.
How many ramps should I order?
Each ramp is 1m long. Add up the length of any exposed edges and order enough ramps to cover them.
