Description
These interlocking gym mats are 12mm rubber tiles for home gyms, studios and fitness rooms that want a durable floor with a flecked finish. Each tile is 1m x 1m in blue and black or white and black, and straight and corner ramp edges are available in black to finish the floor neatly.

Installation & care
- Sweep and dry the floor before laying.
- Start in a corner and lock each tile firmly into the last.
- Trim tiles along walls with a sharp knife and straight edge.
- Add ramp edges and corners where the floor is open.
- Vacuum and mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.

How many tiles do I need?
Each tile covers 1 square metre, so order your floor area in square metres plus a few spares for cutting.
Is 12mm thick enough for free weights?
12mm suits general gym use. For heavy dropped weights, consider our 30mm tiles.
Can I mix the two colours?
Yes, tiles of both colours are the same size and lock together.
