How long does delivery take?
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Standard delivery is 2-3 working days. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day.
Do you offer trade discounts?

Can you cut matting to custom sizes?
Yes, we offer a cut-to-size service for most rubber matting products. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. Custom cut items are non-returnable. See our full returns policy for details.
How do I install interlocking mats?
Interlocking mats are designed for easy DIY installation. Simply connect the puzzle-piece edges together - no adhesive required. Start from a corner and work outwards. Leave 5-10mm expansion gap around edges.
Are your playground mats certified?
Yes, our playground safety tiles are BS EN 1177 certified for impact absorption. Each product listing shows the Critical Fall Height (CFH) rating.
Do you deliver to Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland?
Yes, we deliver free to all UK mainland addresses including Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland and offshore islands may have additional charges - contact us for a quote.
