Description
The kitchen mat built for the floor in front of the fryer. Made with 75% nitrile rubber, it stands up to cooking oil, fat and grease that soften and split ordinary rubber mats. An open honeycomb of drainage holes lets oil, water and food scraps fall straight through, so chefs keep a clear, grippy surface underfoot through the whole service.
Bevelled edges on all four sides cut trip risk and let trolleys and wheelchairs roll on and off. Raised studs on the underside lift the mat off the floor so liquid drains away and the mat stays put. Choose red to mark out cooking zones or black for a discreet finish.

Cleaning and care
- Lay the mat with the studs facing down and the bevelled edges towards walkways.
- Sweep or vacuum loose food waste from the holes during service.
- At close, lift the mat and rinse it with cold water, or use a pressure washer to clear the holes.
- Clean the floor underneath before laying the mat back down.
- Avoid harsh detergents, which shorten the life of the rubber.
